Price
-- Townhouse (not exeed 1000sqft) charge only C$190.
-- Totally C$210 for any houses under 1200sqft .
-- C$220 if the size of house under 1400sqft .
-- Only C$250 for the houses under 2000sqft .
-- C$300 for one furnace and unliminted vents.
-- Only C$80 extra charge for an additional furnace.
-- Walkout basement has additional 10% extra charge.
-- If the ceiling height of basement exceed 9 feet, we charge extra fee (Start from 20%)
-- Any bungalow(or bi-level) house, we charge 10% extra fee, and if it exceed1500sqft, we charge 20% extra fee
-- For a 4 level split (or 5 level split) house, all areas should be included to count as square footage except the lowest level
Our cleaning Procedures:
-- Our High-powered vacuum unit creating negative air flow is connected into
the HVAC system.
-- Vent registers(or grill) and branch ducts are air washed.
-- The main ductwork and heat exchanger are air washed
-- The furnace is cleaned and tested.
-- Systems is evaluated for performances and recommendations are provided to
the customer.
